1. About Heloravinu
Heloravinu is an online store operated by NEILAN TEXTILES UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schönblickstraße 13, 69436 Schönbrunn, Germany.
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through heloravinu.com and to the use of our online store. They are intended for customers who purchase goods primarily for private purposes.

2. Products and Website Information
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Small differences may occur between product images and the actual product, for example because of screen settings, lighting, textile texture, production differences or other technical reasons.
Product availability can change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.
Obvious errors in product information, availability or pricing do not create a binding obligation where the error should reasonably have been recognized as such.
3. Ordering and Formation of the Contract
Products shown on our website are an invitation to place an order and are not, by themselves, a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order through the checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. After placing the order, you will normally receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order, confirm dispatch, or otherwise begin fulfilling the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a valid reason, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected misuse or fraud, or inability to complete payment. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices shown in the store are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed. Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately before the customer submits the order.
The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout. Payment may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply to the payment service they provide.
5. Delivery
Available delivery countries, shipping methods, delivery estimates and shipping prices are displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address entered by the customer. Customers should check that the address and contact information provided at checkout are correct.
Delivery times shown in the store are estimates unless a binding delivery date is expressly agreed. Delays may occur because of carriers, public holidays, customs procedures, unusually high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, statutory consumer delivery rules remain applicable.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the legal requirements and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Product Inspection and Loss in Value
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would normally be possible in a physical shop.
If a returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose and its value has been reduced, we may be entitled to deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund, where permitted by law.
For textile and clothing products, customers should avoid washing, altering, damaging or unnecessarily wearing an item before deciding whether to keep it.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@heloravinu.com with your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
9. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of NEILAN TEXTILES UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until the purchase price has been paid in full.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of heloravinu.com, including the Heloravinu name, website design, original text, graphics, logos and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission unless such use is permitted by law.
11. Liability
We are fully liable where liability cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
For ordinary negligence, liability is limited in accordance with applicable law. Any limitation in these Terms does not apply where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We are not responsible for failures caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
12. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary, for example because of changes to our website, services or legal requirements.
The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a later change must apply by law.
14. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your habitual residence.
Any agreement on jurisdiction applies only to the extent permitted by law.
